卧龍梅Sparkling Sake
靜岡縣出產的第一支氣泡酒型日本酒-臥龍梅Sparkling Sake採用知名的興津川地下伏流水,將600公斤重的稻米以傳統吟釀的釀酒方式,製作出1.3噸的酒。釀酒職人親手清洗釀酒用米,令酒米只吸收有限水份,並經30日以上的長期低溫發酵,以除渣香檳製法釀製而成。酒香與風味強烈,充滿果香之餘又可以享受氣泡極為細膩的入喉感,氣泡強度與香檳相若,是香檳愛好者都可以樂在其中的日本酒。這款酒已獲日本氣泡清酒協會認定,更在去年獲得International Wine Challenge銀獎。
